For service bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your slot. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur a 2.5% monthly interest charge.

We warrant that all services will be performed with professional care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Actiontrailhead unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, followed by mediation, and if necessary, litigation in the courts of Perth, Western Australia.
